The designer (Maizie) wanted to represent multicultural Birmingham and took inspiration from the Japanese art technique known as ‘Kintsugi’. This is the art of taking broken pottery and mending with gold to create something new, unique and beautiful. This reminded Maizie of how the many diverse communities of our city have come together to form something unique.
Unfortunately, this venue isn’t open to the public as part of the trail, so access inside isn’t permitted. However, you’re very welcome to take photos and unlock your bull from the window.
