Dedicate a star
Astro the Memorabull, gives you the chance to remember a loved one or show someone special in your life just how much they mean to you.
Your special tribute names will each feature in their own hand-painted star by artist Jess Perrin, which will then cover the whole sculpture in a beautiful and unique design.
Astro the Memorabull will be on display throughout the Bulls in the City Art Trail in Herd HQ, the trail shop in the Bullring, so you will be able to visit and spot your loved one’s name.
Once the trail ends, Astro will take permanent residence within our hospice garden, left to graze in their forever home, providing a meaningful and lasting tribute.
We have just 900 tribute stars available at a suggested donation of £25 for each star, so your tribute will also be a tribute to our care, helping us to continue to be there for local people with a terminal diagnosis, and their families.

Birmingham Hospice is not fully funded by the NHS, instead relying on fundraising and donations to fund our services. Now, more than ever, our expert and compassionate care is needed to ensure people die in a place of their choice, with dignity and in comfort. But the cost of care is soaring, making it harder for us to care for everyone who needs it. We want to ensure we’re here for local communities now, and in the future. By taking part in Wild in Art as a school or business, visiting the trail with your family or just sharing our message, you will make a difference.
